Not at all! While some clients look for "cookie cutter" packages, we realize that not every package is perfect for every client. All of our packages can be "tweaked" to meet your specific needs. We are also happy to create a custom package for you based on your specific needs and budget.
Absolutely! We are based near Charlotte, North Carolina; but we absolutely travel around the world! We are happy to travel to just about any location within our 150 mile coverage area with no additional travel fee. If your location is further than 150 miles, we are happy to work with you.

Additional photos are always available for purchase, as well as full galleries.
All of our wedding clients receive all of their professionally edited photos. The only time wedding clients have to pick photos is for an album!
Gallery availability varies based on our schedule. We try to have galleries to our clients as quickly as possible. Sneak peeks are often sent within 24-48 hours. Full galleries are available within 1-4 weeks, based on workload. You will be given a timeframe for galleries at the time of your session or event.
Wedding galleries are available for four (4) weeks.
All other galleries are available for two (2) weeks.
Galleries can be reactivated after they expire for an additional fee.
You can purchase prints and wall art directly from your gallery!
All orders are fulfilled by one of the nation's top professional photo labs; and shipped directly to you!
We guarantee all products when purchased through your gallery.
We do not guarantee prints or wall art fulfilled by a third party lab.
"Booking" is defined as a paid non-refundable retainer and a signed contract. A session is not guaranteed until the signed contract is returned and the non-refundable retainer is paid. At that time, we remove your date from our availability calendar.
Absolutely! We realize that photography can be a luxury investment for some situations. We are pleased to make payment arrangements for your convenience. Please note all services must be paid for in full prior to the session or event date.
Generally speaking, we only schedule one event per day. This makes us available to you if you should wish to extend our time with you.
Occasionally we will book more than one session per day.
This is particularly true for our "mini" or "holiday" sessions.
We are excited to announce that starting January 1, 2024, we will no longer be charging any travel fees for all our photo packages! This means that you can now book our professional photography services without worrying about additional costs for travel.
